I been here since last four year and never like it. The only reson I was here becasue of my college. Worst maintains, no security they jack up the water and swear price every month. I used to pay about $30/months for water and swear now they jack up the price $70/months, MANAGER IS REAL RUDE, SHE DISCRIMINATE THE COLOR AND RACE, she won't talk with you and those assistant are rude as well. You can not find the parking place close by you so you have to walk about 5 minutes from all the way back parking space.

Dogs bark all night and you can see police Vachile almost all the time.
So my experience I won't suggest anyone to move here. In this price you can find better place to live. Good luck to all new renters.

I agree with you 100%. They say the community is gated but the gates are always broke and there is a big hole in the wall. I have an old acquantance i don't want in there and he seems to just follow other cars in and beat on my door. Does not make me feel secure. Two cars were broken into about a month ago...windows bashed in and things taken. Do not rent here. All bad reviews are TRUE!!

YOU ARE SO WRONG TYPING THIS ABOUT SILVER CREEK APARTMENTS AND THE MANAGER!!! THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE WATER BILLS!!! IF YOU HATE IT SO BAD WHY HAVE YOU STAYED FOR FOUR YEARS!!! This person has posted the same crap word for word everywhere This devious person can not possibly live in every apartment complex in North Richland Hills and is responsible for making apartmentrating.com a worthless site. Anyone making a decision based upon the ratings from this site is wasting their time. If apartmentratings.com wants to restore their credibility they should bar certain IP users. Until then, the best thing to do is go to look for yourself in person.
