These apartments look great and the staff is wonderful...until you move in. Advice.. DO NOT SIGN A 12 MONTH LEASE, that way you won't have a year of h#ll. I noticed the corner of the ceiling on the patio had leaked and had mold. I'm very allergic to mold. Maintanence came and painted the mold with Kilz. Only made the mold go outside the Kilz "ring" Couldn't sit on the patio. The utility room flooded through the wall everytime we had a hard rain. Mold under the flooring. Floors/ ceilings have structural problems. When the neighbors upstairs walked/Stomped, our ceiling groaned and creaked. We were sure they would fall through any moment. Neighbor upstairs wore steel toe boots to work and dropped them on the floor every night/morning before stomping into the kitchen and proceeding to slam every cabinet door. Believe me, we could hear EVERYTHING from upstairs.
BEWARE THE BRAHMAS..the thing they own the place. Cars speeding through the complex like it was Texas Motor Speedway and DON"T BOTHER saying anything to this bunch of egotistical rednecks. Brahmas love to party and party loud with loud, extremely foul language! If you like hearing f**k you shouted between two extremely intoxicated ice hockey players at 3 in the morning..this is the place for you.

As last poster said...Do not expect to get ANY deposit back..pet deposit, deposit on apartment, deposit on gate opener..AIN"T GONNA HAPPEN. The woman who did our move out walk thru told us we would most probably get our deposit back because we cleaned so well. The only problem was a broken mini blind slat stemming from the fact the blinds were so old and brittle. HAHAHAHAHA no refund of any deposit.

The pool is always GROSS I called the primordial ooze. I couldn't see my feet after getting in. Wasn't in long.

Don't waste you time or your money at this complex.. There are alot of nicer ones in the mid-cities area. Unless you like loud mouth hockey players and 300 dollar or above electric bills.
