I do not recommend these apartments.

I have lived here for three years. I keep hoping things will change, but they don't. We had a little break from the office people when they transfered some of them. But, this year they brought the same people back. They do not fix anything in your apartment the first time. They may have to come back three or four times. I'm still waiting for one thing I had reported three years ago to be fixed.
But, the worse thing about these apartments is they are not trustworthy. They will lie to you. Sometimes they ignore your complaints and when you remind them, they don't remember anything. They have one employee in maintanance who will enter your apt. when you are not home and mess with things.Example: my neighbor and I both went out the same evening. While we were gone, someone came in our apts. and turned our refrigerators up to the coldest point. We didn't discover this until the next day. I found mine early and only had to throw away some of my food that was frozen. My neighbor didn't discover hers until later and most all of her food was ruined. We both complained to the office and they just said it must have been a coincedence that it happened to both of us and different apts. They will not admit they have an employee who is doing this. It has to me someone with a key. Some neighbors, including myself, have complained that they set their alarms and when they come home the alarm is turned off. The office is the only others who have the alarm codes.
Three times, maintenance has stolen my water hose off my patio. I find it walking through the apts. bring it home and the next day they take it again. I have my name on it, but that doesn't make any difference. I finally had to remove the hose from my rented property to a relatives house. When I tell the office, they deny that it is one of their employees doing it. But, the last time they were seen taking it and I told the office and they still deny it. Another neighbor came home and found her broken computer turned on. She hadn't turned it on for two months, prior. They lie, steal, and you have no privacy in these apartments at all. I have since, set up a video camera in my apartment and warned the office about it. This was six months ago and I haven't had any more intrusions to my privacy since. I have also set up traps to let me know if someone enters.
If you don't care if someone invades your privacy, then ok.
People generally don't stay here very long. There are people moving in and out all the time. I have stayed because I am ill and have to be near my daughters house.
This is supposed to be a Christian atmosphere, but with all the lying and cheating that goes on in the office, it can hardly be called Christian.
