It is very difficult to get anything fixed. And when they do try to fix something, they do not do it right. Very poor maintenance. I do not have a garbage disposal that works. I have told them several times and when the garbage backs up in the sink, they just try to plunge it down. But, it still will back up next time I use it. I don't try to use it any more. Both faucets in the sink in the bathroom where dripping. The maintenance came to put new washers in and put the wrong ones in. After three times reporting this to the office,I had a friend of mine fix it for me and have no problems with it since. They will tell you anything in the office. They lie about everything.
They told my neighbor if he would sign a new lease, they would put in new carpet, as his was very old. After he signed the lease, they told him they didn't remember him asking for new and they couldn't do that. Needless to say, he moved.
There is a very big turn over here. People ususally don't stay to sign a second lease.
I will be moving,the end of the month.
