I have lived here since 2002 and the only reason I have not been able to move is because I get screwed by them everytime I try to leave. Every 3 months it is something new. I went over all of my vacaion days with my employment to see how many days I had to miss due to maintenance and billing issues...over the past three years I have missed over 34 days of work because of them. I do not trust them in my apartment alone and make sure I am there when they are doing so called "repairs". I have had them come into my apartment several times when I am not there and the only way I found out is if a had a half day at work planned and they did not expect me to be there. Even once I had a porno charged to bill! What' I have never ordered porn. I paid a pet deposit and they cashed it and put it on my lease copy, but not theirs, so I get a note on my door for 300.00 for a violation. I took my copy of the lease down, but it didn't matter because it was not on the office copy. One month I paid 4 water bills and still do this date do not have my money back for that. I hate it here!Everyone I know here hates it except for the evacuees.

You do not need to make accusations about things like that unless you have taken appropriate actions to your "porn" accusation. That kind of thing is serious and if you really thought that why didnt you say anything? oh and the sentance about paying four water bills in one month is a lie also, for one that would be illegal and again if so why didnt you say anything?......

amanda needs help. i did come down about the "porn" situation and i was told someone from corporate would call. never did. real nice that you had NO comment about people going into my apartment when i was not home. hhhmmmmm, guess you knew they were. funny how that issue was mentioned at the same time the porn issue was, but you only commented on the porn thing.

They have the right to enter for any reason...although I would rather they dont...it is not your property.
