The apartments are spacious and most of them are very nice inside. That said my toilet runs, my bathtub leaks, my downstairs neighbors have mold growing in thier sons room, there are lots of "water bugs" aka cockroaches, the sprinklers run a lot (and we have to pay for them last month my water bill was $120). Outrageous, I love the apartment, my kids are happy, but I will be moving b/c nothing gets fixed and when you call the office they aren't very helpful (the answering service is downright rude). Don't do it.
