management SUCKS!!! rude and lies about all

i have had the misfortune of living here since july of 2005. when i first looked at the place i was told i could pay ONE pet deposit (i have three pets) it is 400 a pet here! well after i get moved in then they hit me with a pet violation and i had to come up with another 800! that coupled with the fact that the website i found this joint on said it was an all bills paid complex, that was also not true, so i almost didnt' sign then she says oh for two it will be about 53 dollars a month...yea right! it is always over 80 dollars a month for water!! this place is a total rip off, the maintaince is a JOKE, you have to call continuously and they have to come back at least three times to get it half assed fixed. the staff is RUDE and they LIE about everything! now i just got another pet violation my dog got in my neighbors yard, it cost me 40 bucks for them to fill a hole, ummm hello, if the fence was fixed it wouldn't have happened but their ratty fences don't touch the ground so now i get to pay cause my wonderful neighbor whined to the office instead of coming to me, so the residents aren't the best either!!! i am leaving the second my lease is up!! keep looking being on the streets is better than being at this so called 'christian' complex!!!
