this just in get ready to pay for the complex to water the grass as apart of your water bill that comes twice a month...they water the grass in the winter when all the grass is dead how much sense does that make...i remember on the water/trash/gas bill that it includes your usage does this mean since i am paying for them to water the grounds does this mean that i need to go out a three in the morning to take a shower from the sprinklers since i should be using that water if you have half a brain and can afford it never ever move into this place even if you have to live in your car or the YMCA please don't give the f-ups your money

makbe there should be some investigating before people write things that they do not know what they are talking about because the water from the sprinkleres are on a totaly diffrent bill. Amanda

i agree with exspotrenter. she has been brainwashed. she used to be sweet and understanding and willing to help. not anymore. guess she realized to move up with this loser company you have to be up the managements butt. how do you think tammy moved up.

I disagree with exspotrenter. I live here and questioned the waterbill too. If any knucklehead knows what water meters look like, then residents will note there are 2 main meters for these apartments. One seperate for the sprinklers and pools; the other for residents. As was shown to me when I maturely asked - a very small portion of the pools/sprinklers are billed to residents. But when you got people throwing glass in the pools (health department requires total drainage) and pranksters breaking off sprinkler heads; then of course the bills will go up! The main water bill for residents is divided according to footage and people living in apt. A lot of those idiot just keep running and running the water; making it harder on the rest of us. If you even bothered to look at that bill it ALSO includes gas for heating it and the trash/dumpsters.

when I asked about the water, I was told the aprtments paid 30% of the total bill and divided the rest among the residents. This included the pools and lawns. They even passed out flyers to report broken sprinkler heads so that everyone's water does not go up. If they are not connecter, then why make people tthink they are. If they are not connected then people's water bills should not fluctuate as much as they do between seasons.
