I lived here for a year and everything broke and the maintenance sucks...Not to mention the office staff.....They will tell you its just changed but it is still the same type of people...They gave me a lease violation for leaving a bag of trash on my porch for the morning......(only like4 hrs) plus it was the middle of winter and we waited to take it out....so I called and confessed that I did not believe that we should have a violation because it was only a short period of time and that the neibors had a whole "Storage" spot on thier porch....the lady said that she would take it off.....when I moved I found out that she never did.....They are liars and when I called back to complain again the "New" management said ohh well you should have put it in writing........our carpets were Nasty and everything in the house broke... not to mention that we spent 300.00 dollars in electricity in sept. because our air conditioner didn't work and the last month I lived there I payed a 120.00 water bill! so good luck if you go here it bites!

Perhaps you should have actually LOOKED at your apt before you moved in. You should have filled out one of those inventory sheets where you write down every problem associated w/the apt. Did you actually CALL them about things being broke? Did you let any staff in to repair anything?

Not everything is noticable upon moving in...things can appear to work and then later fail.
