I agree...I do have a few problems...the peace officer does his walk thru during the day instead of at random. I had to park around the corner of my units because of people parking under the carports without the tags. When I complained about it, I was told that they could only give them 24 hours to move if they caught them. The problem was they did it over the night and were gone during the day. It was a great place to live before Katrina and slummed out pretty quick. They are on the right path trying to get things back in order. Unfortunately they let in anyone that can afford it. I have had some pretty trashy neighbors. My children are hardly alound to be around any other children because of the trash factor. 10 year olds swearing...I even saw a kid no older than 14 smoking the other day. Such is life in any neighborhood. I don't agree with how the water is figured out, but I understand how and why they do it that way. I have always had good service with the maintenance crew. Everyone is bashing Amanda...she is just doing her job and she has always helped me the best she could...people need to back off and actually try communicating the problems...plus Amanda is cute...leave her alone. Now the dryers on the other hand... |
