bill our ridculous From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   OK i lived there about 3 yrs ago we lived right above the corporate office. We really didnt have very much problems except our neighbors were extremly loud. The maintance was kinda slow about fixing things. BUt we really didnt have problems. The problem we did have was the way they did there water its ridculous they average by the building instead of by the unit, we didnt have washer and dryer in our apartment for a few months and our bill would be over $60 b/c our next door neighbor did her laundry everyday. The bills there were pretty ridculous. Parking you get 1 reserved and if you have any other cars then they have to find a spot. Maintance was ok. The staff was nice but could be very rude or snobby. but then we only had a 6 months lease. I have never gone back there and i dont think i would honestly. Since i have moved i have seen how down hill it has gotten.
