Was there on 2 different occasions. Once in a 2 bedroom with a roommate and once a few years later in a 1 bedroom by myself. When I came back, I discovered bugs were a huge issues. Incredible noise from upstairs and from behind. Laundry center was frequently poorly lit at night.

The clencher was when I left. They said the place was trashed, so I went back to walk through with them to discover they had come in and trashed it. If I wanted my deposit, I'd have to clean the mess they made.
