you could ---- on the floor and roll in it and smear it on the walls. it would be an improvement. however, the apartment was spacious... if the constant police and drug activity keeps yo up at night, just wait for the wail of the ambulances to put you to sleep so roaches can lay their eggs in your ears as your car gets broken into by the twenty illegals living next door. not to mention, when your downstairs neighbor flushes the toilet....there is a gurgle sound, and sewage shoots into the parking lot. i have proof. i've video taped this ----. the staff are liars, theived, pillagers, and hell i've run of of names. the people to the left of us, illegally moved out 6 months before their lease expired. instead of the staff checking it up on them, they just kept putting rent reminders on the door. we had to pay the water bill, because three of the apartments were vacant, so because we were the only renters living in that building. a $230 water bill in december'''bull ----.

well it sure is sad that even after i have been gone for over two years it still sucks just as much as it did then! Christian my a$$, if that's the case they give Christianity a bad name! low life lying 'management'

I'm the roommate... and there are police here actually every day! I don't feel comforatable leaving the place without wearing a bullet proof vest and carring a shotgun. Taking out the trash requires putting your own safety at risk. take note.. if you live in this place have 911 on your speed dial and a pistol in your pocket.

At least they did replace your carpet. When I was there, my carpet was NOT replaced as agreed upon. I had to shampoo it when I moved in and it still looked like crap. On top of removing the crap that was in my patio, cleaning the fridge and stove. A lot of it would not come off. I was ashamed to invite people over. Then they tried to charge me for it when I moved out. Fortunately, I took before and after pictures. They could not argue with those. When I lived there, the problem was the Manager and staff. Whenever I visited the office they were either in the back playing on MySpace, gabbing about boyfriends, and ignoring people in lobby. On one occassion, I was waiting for the manager to show up to work to ensure my rent check was recieved (they lost my rent check twice). I over heard maintenance complaining about the office not notifying them of problems. They are suppose to have a security guard living there, but I never seen him. Not once.
