The office staff is terrible. They are snotty and think that the residents are beneath them. The "Courtesy Patrol" is useless. Last week 3 drunk guys are in the pool throwing beer bottles and he never even flinched. He just sat there and let them do it. The gates never work. Why pay for the security of a gated complex when they are always broken. People speed through the parking areas and drive in through the exit only gates. Trash outside is a problem and so is dog poop and dogs off leashes. Don't judge this place by how it looks. Don't be fooled by the nice views and nice apartments. It is not worth the other nightmares you deal with while you are trapped in a lease. Don't live here.
