Salutations to all...
I have lived at the Bluffs at Ironhorse since DEC 19, 2004. I have smoke alarms that have not worked properly since I moved in, even after several supposed attempts to fix them in which they never left a service ticket to even show they entered my apt.
My bathtub has leaked since day one of move in, and they have never repaired it after making several attempts at asking for service.

Not unusual for the maintenance guys to enter an apartment without even ringing doorbell. I worked nights, slept during day, woke up to find a 3 man work crew in apartment repairing the leak from the sprinkler system. They left insulation all over furniture and floor, left it a mess. My smoke alarms are hanging from ceiling, not properly mounted. |
