we moved in here in Aug, since the 3rd day here it has been scary. we have had things stolen from our balcony and my husbands car was broken into!
the insulation is so bad that our neighbors upstairs scare my 2 yr old when they run across the floor. we can hear everything. from 6 am to 3 am! I know their schedules due to the noise level.
my kdis are scared. the management (both sets since we have moved here). have been rude, uncaring, tells you what you want to hear but takes no action, they are never in the office and we paid 100 dollars for remotes to a gate that do not work.
the grounds are terrible, there are fire ants everywhere! the pools and hot tubs often have furniture and trash in them or broken lights.
we feel like we were fed a lie upon moving in here!
we will not stay, we are looking for another place and away to get out of our lease.

I agree as well....I broke my lease & moved out b/c my kids were scared!! And no, they are NEVER in the office...when I lived there I would leave for work before the office was open & when I would get home they were already closed...usually 15 - 20 min. before their sign said they were supposed to be closed & they would have the drop slot taped up with paper over it so you couldn't leave your rent & so they could charge you late fees....I wonder if they're still doing that??
