I had lived there less then two weeks when my ex came and tried to kill me infront of our 3 year old child. I screamed for help and the neibors downstairs heard but didn't bother to help till i exscaped to the neibors next door. I was told by the police i needed to move for safty back at my parents house. I told them in person and writing with proof. I moved out immediatly. Yes i owe the breaking of the lease but they wrongfully evicted me becsause i had already left that apartment and now they are trying to charge me over 5 grand. It on my credit to. 2 weeks for 5 grand. Horrible and no compassion.

I had a similar problem when I lived there in 2005. My son was being harrassed by the other kids in the complex & he saw several other kids get beat up at the bus stop - which is DIRECTLY in front of the office window, so they saw what was goin on & did NOTHING about it. My sister in laws car was broken into in the parking lot & her radio was stolen. I moved because my son was miserable & did not feel safe, etc. Yes I broke my lease & I understood I would owe for breaking it, but I agree with this poster - they RIP YOU OFF!! They were trying to charge me for things that didn't even exist!! I also got an eviction notice on my door for a $50 water bill, which I had already paid & when I called the office the girl working there she said she had no idea what it was about & the manager wasn't there & that I would have to pay it again until I could speak with her in order to not be evicted...and of course the manager was NEVER available or in the office to discuss the problem with so I never got that back before I moved out. The landscaping there is horrible, they don't water anything & there is dog poop EVERYWHERE that no one picks up. Yeah the apartments look great from the outside but DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
