Started when we moved in. Apartment had been broken into, homeless person(s) must have moved in to apartment. They did not inspect prior to our arrival. Toilets were disgusting, same for tubs. They never cleaned, all they did was poorly patch holes in wall.

Maintenance is non-existent here. Have been unable to get outside lights repaired. Pool was closed last year by city for health reasons, had to drain it & refill it to get approval to re-open. Instituted pool passes last season, can only have one guest at pool.

Weather seal on front door of apartment is not mounted properly. Jams door when opening, but maintenance is unable to repair.

Shingles blow off, takes weeks to get repaired every time. Excuse this time is lone maintenance man has broken foot.

None of the amenities advertised are available any longer. Exercise room closed. The hot tubs are not used. They advertised trash pickup 3 times per week. Raised our rates for trash disposal, then stopped the trash pickup. Well, there is only one compactor for trash. Only operates when maintenance guy can hobble over with the key. So, on weekends & holidays, it is full trash builds up into the driveway, blows all over the complex. Oh, and there are about 5-6 old mattresses sitting behind the compactor, facing the golf course.

Gates only worked sporadically at first, have been non-operational for well over a year solid now. No security, have teenagers wandering around cars all night, homeless wander over from golf course.

They only run sprinklers up front to keep entrance green to new tenants. Rest of area is allowed to die, less to mow. This rain has got to be making them mad.

Don't even get me into actually talking about the staff.

Regret not moving at end of 1st year, let the original management talk me into staying.
