just like everyone has put it, we have mold they spray painted as well, had them come back out to tell me they did it right and i was out of my mind. we have so much problems with this place, its falling apart big time. we have given them our 60 days for them to tell us they have no recorded of it, they can't keep anyone in the office they keep leaving, which is no big deal cause they just keep getting people with no brains up here.
the big thing that really set me off was, we got a letter telling us we had 30 days to move cause we haven't paid of rent and they have cashed all of our checks. we take the note down there and ask what the hell are you thinking, the dumbass put us down as paying for someone else's rent. how stupied do you have to be to not see the names on the checks and the names on the rent match. do they really think we are going to pay someone else's rent and not ours. guess you don't have to have much brains to work at this dump. oh and last thing the office say they are open till 6pm but they run to lock the door when you get up there, and when you call they answer the phone hang on and then hang up on you.
