I wanted to address all of the things I have read so far. Motorcycle guy...when you put your motorcycle on your patio, it looks like crap. These are apartment homes for families to live in and not feel like they are in a low income trailer park. Also, if you order a book that is of that value, ship it to an address where you are at to receive it. I have bought a million items on line and some very expensive and always ship them to the address where I will be at that time in person!! Ants'' If you have ants, clean the area and spray it. Home Depot (about half a mile away) sells inside home spray called home defence (odorless and safe for kids) for $5. It would have been quicker and safer, plus saved you a large amount of time. It is funny that you can break down your motorcycle and fix it, but you can't spray for ants'''''' Either way, you make me tired just listening to you. I AM MOVING IN. I was very impressed. Not only is the office full of hot women, but they are very professional, very nice, and have been extremely cooperative. Even Ashley who at first looks mean, was extremely nice to deal with. They have very nice sized apartments, very clean, tons of amenities, attached garages (FOR MY MOTORCYCLES!!!), and security gates. Rent is about average on pricing, but the quality makes up the difference. I have looked at so many communities, and I am glad I found THE BLUFFS AT IRON HORSE. I feel strongly that the service they provided me before I moved in will only continue. OH I ALMOST FORGOT, THEY HAVE ONLINE PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS!!! IF YOU HAVE A MILES/REWARDS CARD....RACK UP THE POINTS BABY!!!! Almost worth it alone.

I dare you to check them out!!! Tell them that Kim sent you and see how you are treated!!!

You say those nice things because you havent moved in yet.I used to live there and thought the same thing at first.Until i started having soooo many problems with them fixing leaking ceiling that were starting to get mold,these are the worst apartments i have ever stayed in and they are no where close to being worth the money you pay for them!!!

Good luck. But it sounds to me like you are thinking with the wrong head!! I don't think looking at the girls in the office is gonna help you when your things start to ruin if they are by the window seals. And I don't think your gonna get one of them back to your apartment either, since they now your living conditions. And if they do show up they won't stay when they smell the mold in your carpet, again from the leaking windows, and see all your ants. God help you, your in for a big awakening.

I have always wondered how this apartment complex maintained as high a rating as it does, and now it is apparent, too many reviews by people who do not live there or who are management. That said, apartments are supposed to be sprayed, according to management. However, in 4 years I lived at Bluffs, I only got a notice that they had sprayed twice, and one of those times was after I complained. Look out for silverfish as well as ants, btw. As far as security, that gate didn't work but about 2 months in the 4 years I lived there, so good luck. And as far as the hot girls in office, well, the good news is they generally rotate through pretty frequently, so you should get to see a new group every 2-3 months. Don't expect them by the pool though, city will probably close it once or twice this summer for health code violations. And as far as postal deliveries, if they are not going to provide the service of receiving packages, they should not claim they do. But then, you weren't living there when postal service refused to deliver any mail, even regular first class to the mailboxes, because the mailboxes had not been properly maintained and did not meet postal regulations. That was a fun week, but then your ladies in office had some good excuses for that as well. Overall, the floorplans at the bluffs are great, the size of aparatments good. If they provided any maintenance, any security, then the value might be okay.

Hey acarmyof1!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the reply. I did my homework and I understand the previous management was not the greatest but that has changed. Kind of like AMC bought harley in the late sixties and almost ran it into the ground before handing it back to harley with the full prints of the Evolution engine that changed the industry as we know it. (OH MY GOODNESS, I MUST KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT MOTORCYCLES??? YOU THINK?) I do know that I have been riding for over 16 years, selling them for over 8 and in all my days, I have never broke an engine down on my apartment patio, LMAO!!! I am not in any way thinking with my other head either. I keep a purely professional relationship with the people that will ultimately control my living situations. My mom always said you could get more ants with honey than vinegar, I guess she was wrong in your case and vinegar does work. Either way, if you could please fulfill your end of the deal and pay my lease now. I will be happy to go through the history of bikes I have owned. Just for starters suzuki x90, suzuki rm125, kawasaki kx250, yamaha seca 750, yamaha vstar650, yamaha yzf600r, two suzuki gsxr750's, suzuki gsxr600, yamaha r1, vengeance chopper, ducati 996s, honda rc 51, and my Harley. You know what i live here at these apartments and half of the comments come from people that dont even live here obviously!! Asking stupid questions like are the gates and the pools working how about if you have enough time get on here and write about us then you come drive your ass down here and see for yourself. Dont harp on the past dude move on with the future so it was bad for you dosent mean it is still that way if you hated it so much why are you still leaving messages on here. The office staff is pleasant and very proffessional. And to the motorcycle dude go get some bug spray you say that you are going to rent a house good luck its not their job to spray for bugs and irving are you kidding good luck living in little mexico!!! See now I'm torn. I live here now, and now the motorcycle guy has me pissed at the management. At no time when I signed my contract or the entire time that I???ve lived here, did they tell me that I could have saved $50 on a garage and just pile my car parts and crap on the balcony. This guy is a genius. All this time I thought it was just a place to look off of and decorate, but I never saw the potential of all the storage of white-trash collectables. I live here, and I don???t even like driving through Irving with my doors unlocked. I have no complaints about the apartments or the staff. Every time I go in there, they are very helpful and seem to also be very knowledgeable. Beside the fact that I feel like they are undressing me with their eyes, but that???s a small price to pay for outstanding service. My apartment is clean and the area is safe. Aside from the fact that there was apparently a hillbilly motorcycle shop on some guy???s balcony, I am very happy here. If you are going to make a decision on an apartment, you should take the word of people still living here, not of people who admitted to not paying his rent and getting evicted. Good luck to the motorcycle guy, and I hope your new place has plenty of room on the porch for your crap parted out bike, NASCAR flags and whatever else you do while everyone else is at work and paying rent.
