We have been here 7 months now and we truly love it. The office staff is wonderful! I have had a few little maintence issues and they have been extremely prompt, very nice, and effective in getting it all taken care of. I have never had an issue with the office people being rude or anything of the sort I think maybe the other reviews that have said things along that line may need to take a lesson in how to treat people. Speak nice and you will be spoken to nicely. Rules where made to be followed. So if you are getting notes on your door apparently you are not following them!!
Before moving here we looked @ about 20 different apartment complexes in this area, searched all the crime ratings, and spoke to residents on the properties and this was the best in all areas. So if you are looking for a safe, nice, quiet, and secure place to call home I suggest you start here.We love it here and have no intentions of moving.

We completely agree! We love it here too and we have a 6 month old and have had no problems with anything. Noone is responsible for inconsiderate neighbors but themselves and you could get that problem living in a neighborhood! We've been very happy here and will be staying!

Owning a house has your loud neighbor much further away than on the other side of a wall or just outside of your bedroom window. I know, I own a house in Florida and have for 10 years until I had to move to this ridiculous state last year for work. People who argue in the next house over is about 1/4 of the decibel level as the ones right next to your bedroom window on their balcony. I'm not responsible for idiot's though, no matter how close they are. I yell at them at 5 am to tone the noise level down and the moron turns it up. The only other step is violence or the law, and the law around here takes their sweet time getting here. So either live with idiots or beat the hell out of them, and I'm not going to jail for a twenty-something with no life. One thing this place is NOT, is quiet. Both the original and the anonymous responder sound like management. I've been hearing from several residents here that tell me management writes their own reviews, and from what I've read recently, I tend to agree.
