I've been here several months. The model apartment was very nice and that was why I chose to live here. I did not see my actual apartment until the day I moved in. I was a little disappointed. They said that there was new carpet put in on the stairs, etc. but I don't believe there was, it's fairly dirty. It seems as though whoever lived here before me had kids, because there were still a lot of fixtures, etc that were dirty in the apartment. Other than that, it has been ok. Most of my noisy neighbors have moved out and moved on.

They do need another solution for trash. One dumpster is not sufficient for the whole complex.

I do have a dog. There are no pet clean up stations near my building anywhere. I have asked them to put some more stations around, but haven't seen anything go up yet. I was cleaning up after my dog and putting the bags in the dumpster, the only issue with that is the glass and various other debris that is around the dumpster. Sometimes I can't even get close enough to the dumpster to throw it in due to large trash items (sofas, etc) that have been dumped there. MANAGEMENT, if you're reading this, please put a pet station either in the grassy area next to the dumpster or out in the little half moon shaped median that is over by the maintenance building. It would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding the staff, I have not had to deal with them too much. What I did notice the few times that I've had to go into the office is that there's never anyone around. It would be nice if they had a receptionist. If they are not going to have a receptionist, at least leave the office blinds open so residents can be seen when we come in. We feel a bit rude just marching into your office if you're on the phone or with another client. The other thing that I noticed is that they seem disorganized when I've had to deal with them. Maybe there is some miscommunication going on amongst the staff.

As far as the parking lot and what not is concerned, yes, the parking situation could be improved. The other issue is that other residents drive around this place like it's a NASCAR track. Be careful if you're walking around a corner, etc. People drive extremely fast through this complex.

So basically, I would rate everything here as fair or average. I like the floor plan I have and the laminate flooring, etc. It's fairly quiet except when the neighbors are coming and going in and out of their garages. For the amount of rent that I'm paying, I could be buying a house, so it's disappointing that they can't take care of the trash and pet station concerns. I'll probably stay another year and then move. Hopefully, I won't have any issues when I move. If I do, it will be posted here.

I agree, on the w/e, I take my trash to the dumpster so it doesn't sit out on the curb for the raccoon's to tear up until Monday's pickup. There is always furniture or some large item out there in the way and I have to make a hell of a throw to get it over them and in the dumpster. The mgmnt is never there when they're supposed to be either, we show up on the w/e at opening time and sit and wait. Most of the time no one shows up for an hour or so after they were supposed to open, it's due to the real manager not working w/e I suppose, no one to make them work like their supposed to. The people do drive through there like maniacs, disregarding speedbumps. I saw a car come flying through the other day and almost hit a kid on his bike, and had the gall to blow his horn at the kid like it was his fault. There's too many people running around this complex to be driving like that. One person I might mention lives at the front of bldg 13 and drives a big white Ford truck on a lift kit and big mud tires. My wife calls him LD (you know what they say about people who have to make up for their lack of size) and this guy will back up without looking and then floor it on the way out, probably hitting 50 before he reaches the gate. You have to watch the a-holes on the dirt bikes too, on the strip by the railroad, they haul tail through there. People break bottles and whatever else they can find up there too. Otherwise, it's not a bad place to live. I like the apartment, the view, and the appliances.
