I lived here a year and the front door was never fixed from someone kicking it in before I moved there. There was also roaches galore and pot reaking in the night. I called the cops several times and residents were halled away or given warnings. When I moved out I was charged over 1700.00 in damages that they were supposed to fix like the door and pre broken window. I am still fighting them almost a year later. DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOU DEPOSIT GONE PLUS WHAT EVER ELSE THEY WANT TO TRY AND GET YOU FOR.
PS,they also charged me for leaving my Christmas trash on the front porch for an hour...I was pregnant on the second floor with a 2year old, they don't care for their residents,just to keep upgrading to lexus and mercedes

I have the same feeling, it's like you owe mgmt. to live here not they want you here. Th eoffice is never open on time, the staff comes to work when they feel like it. That of course is the sign of POOR MGMT. The mgmt clearly doesn't have control of her staff or herself. Most employees lead by example, unfortunately the manager here is a very poor example of what customer service is. Parking sucks unless you like mudding. Maintenance men can't or won't speak english, so you think they understand but really only one of them speaks english. Mgmt. acts like it's a bother to help you or talk to you, I guess they forgot who PAYS their salary, without your residents you wouldn't have a JOB.
