I have lived here for over 6 months now and what a lot of the people are saying is true, some not.
Pros:
Gated
Nice looking apts
Garages
Fitness room
Pool and hot tub
hardwood floors
clean apts
Office girls are good looking, especially the one with the British Accent : )
Cons:
---- on there street bikes drive 100mph thru the strip with loud ass mufflers at all hours of the day.
Loud cars all thru the night.
Walls are really thin, you can hear people talking outside when your inside.
Little kids run around tearing stuff up (kid jacked the atps golf cart and was riding around the comlex!!)
Most people are young college kids (me being one, but we are not loud, we prefer a good night sleep)
Some people try and fit 17 cars in there driveway, or park where there not supposed to. (Move your damn trailers to the side lots so you dont have to park in the rest of our spots!!)
People are up all night on there balconies talking loud and drinking.
Dogs ---- in front of our apt and owners not clean it up.

LOL, you're having some of the troubles we did before leaving. You have to watch your vehicle too, the kids like to vandalize them too, we had a giant letter "A" carved into the back of our SUV permanently, looking similar to the Anarchy symbol. Things wont get better either, the girls up front are all the partying age too and one or more party with the residents so you wont get any help from them there. Also, when it ices over during the next winter, watch your step ... maintenance does not spread salt or sand.
