Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I lived here from july 08 to July 09, (today) and I had nothing but problems. The managemtn and the managemtn company Anterra are MORONS. My apartment, along with MNAY others leaked and leaked and they never fixed it. Supossedly they sent people out but everytime it rained, my apartment had water in it. My nighbor upstairs was terribe but since she had kids and I didnt, they gave her 3 lease violations and then gave up and let her do whatever she wanted "because she paid her rent ontime". Yeah... good excuse. They are lazy, the managment company wont fix anything, the room has "patches" ment for a temporary fix up for months. they are ready to blow away. If you decide to move here, good luck!
