Great Apartment- Awesome Price From: luvlyplac2live Date posted: 1/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I hesitated about moving here because I had heard so many negative things about this area as far as crime concerns, but it was the best location, floorplan and price I found and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. I moved in in March the apartment looked awesome when I moved in and I've only had to call for maintenace twice. Both times he fixed the problem by the next day which is ok because they were minor issues. The office staff is very nice and always there when I stop by or call. My neighbors are great the only noise is on Sunday during football because this one guy always BBQ's with his friends but they are very cordial. The price is very good considering how big my apartment is. The only amenty there is is the pool and during the summer mangement kept kicking out people that didn't live here. But at least the pool was kept clean and they tried to keep people that didn't live here out. If everything stays the same I plan on defintely renewing my lease.
