This is by far the best managed apartment complex in the area. The units are clean and well maintained. You can clearly see by the landscaping and upgrades the owners are not afraid to re-invest some of their profits back into the property. Without asking they upgraded our unit with new appliances and overhead microwave oven when we renewed our lease. Just for comparison look at the reviews for our neighbor, Remington Oaks.

Ha! This must be someone who works in the office or for the company because they do not upgrade anything! You have to live with a broken or half a** fixed fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal....anything for a LONG time before they will even consider replacing it! I have many friends that live in these apartment and have had to complain about appliances not working correctly for months before anything was ever done about it! This post is funny! Clean & well maintained? Ha! Re-invest? ha, ha! Upgrade? LOL! But the funniest....best managed? ROFLMAO!!!
