They act great while you live there but you will not get your deposit back. They are thiefs. They stole over a thousand dollars and had no right. The apartment smelled like cat urine when I moved in and they never got the smell out and then blamed it on me.

From a managers stand point when a balance like that is owed can only mean one thing.... they either destroyed the apartment or they moved out and did not give any notice of their intention to move out. Meaning they did not full fill their lease. I very seldom have residents that do not get their deposit back or that do not full fill their lease or leave there apartment in such bad shape. But their are those few who do not respect either their contract with us or the apartment they called their home. Returning deposits is an absoulte plus for me! This means that I do not have to spend hundreds of dollars repairing an apartment that was not talken care of!!

This same comment was made on several other properties in the area. Someone is obviously spamming apartmentratings.com, or this is a competing property trying to make the rest of us look bad. The other properties with this same exact post are as follows: Venue at Hometown, Diamond Ridge, Estates of North Richland Hills, Hilltop, Silver Creek by Norstar, and Remington Oaks.
