If you're looking for crown molding, new appliances, clean landscaping, and a nice office staff, this is the place to live. We had to move because of job relocation and we are totally missing what we had at Creekside. Yeah, the lake is gross, there are snakes that get onto balconies, and maintenance is not up to par, but the apartments are really really nice. It wouldn't be fair to bash the place because every apartment community has its downfalls. If I could have changed anything, it would be the maintenance response time.
