I moved in here last year due to this website and this complexe's ratings.
Overall, as apartment complexes go, this complex is great. In any complex, you are going to hear your neighbors - that's just a fact of apartment complex living. Some are worse than others but to me, Creekside is above average. I don't really hear my neighbors.
The included (no extra charge) covered parking spot is becoming a rarity in complexes these days, so that's a great feature.
Maintenance has been great - I've had them fix a couple of minor things.
I have only seen the police here twice in 7 months (a party and a domestic dispute).
COMPLAINT: The windows. IF you can raise them, they'll either fall back down or the exact opposite- be difficult to close. Management and maintenance are very confused on how to fix this issue.
NASCAR: I'm not a racing fan so I was worried about the noise of the races. In your apt. with windows and doors closed, TV at normal level, you hear a hum outside but it's not loud at all! I was surprised. TIP: plan grocery shopping in advance of the races. And either hibernate that weekend or go out of town due to the traffic.
