Get me out of here.

Con's: After moving in I realized they take pieces of carpet from other rooms that have been damaged and just move them into the closet or less visible areas. Then they tell you they will come fix it after you make a big deal out of it... but they never come. The appliances are extremely old and sometimes do not function properly. The dryer vent was falling out of the wall, and it desperately needed to be replaced. My apartment had a terrible fly/spider/roach infestation which was caused by the holes in the window panes, window frame, and walls. There are holes because the apartment is made with the cheapest of materials. There are bugs everywhere because the apartment is located next to a creek (with no flowing water-- meaning mosquito time!) and a lot of trees/weeds. Cobwebs cover the stairs leading to your apartment, and you will find the same flies out there. The other night I found a roach in my bed (but I wasn't surprised because I have been getting used to the extreme amount of bugs at this place). A little after moving in I saw black mold in my shower, I know it's behind the shower wall-- but I have no way of getting rid of it. It also appears there was a lot of water damage in this particular apartment as you can see said damage on the ceilings. They tell you there are assigned spaces, but there really are not. If you park in someone else's space, there is no way they can tow you-- the apartment just isn't willing to pay to do something like that. The excersize room is a dump, with old machines that make me question whether or not they are safe for use. The pool is always overcrowded with bozo's drinking beer at all times during the day.
In summary, these apartments are terrible and I can't wait to get the heck out of here.
