My family planned to move to Creekside because we liked the community. We were told a price by one of the leasing agents. When we went to pay our deposit, however, Victoria (regional manager) told us a different price (which was a lie). When we questioned the price, Victoria then told us that there was a Texas law that would prevent us from getting the apartment we wanted and we needed to upgrade to a larger apartment. As it turns out, there is no such law and, when we confronted her with that, she (rudely) said that it was a guideline that the community followed and that we could take our business elsewhere. We did.

The community is nice, just be careful...the management, particularly Victoria, is not trustworthy and they will try to take you for all they can get from you. Be smart, make sure you read everything before you sign, and evaluate closely everything they tell you...and good luck...with management like that, I worry about...well, everything.
