fair I lived there over 5 years. One time the water heater in the apartment above me broke and flooded my storage closet. The maintenance staff came in while I wasn't there and put the wet boxes (from the flooded closet) on TOP OF MY BED!!!

Lived there since '02-present. Not a bad place to live. All you pay for is the rent and electricity. Plus you get free HBO. Maintence is done within 3 days of posting, clean grounds, and it's quiet. The down side is every other two contract renewals my rent has gone up, right

Not worth your time! I just moved in and have several problems that maintaince was supposed to fix before I moved in. It's been 2 weeks now and the ladies in the office keep brushing me off like I'm not important enough. They claim maintaince is out fixing ACs, but for 2 weeks?!?

HORRIBLE!!!! The management is extremely RUDE! The cabinets need a major overhaul (yellow 70's plastic), the tubs have a spray finish that peels, the stairs are too narrow, and the kitchen is about ridiculous!!!

Roach City I lived @ LA Casa Bonita for 2 years! The 1st year I lived up stairs and it was GREAT! THen I had my son and Moved downstairs and It was Nasty and the worse place you could live. The Roaches were EVERY WHERE! They just keept blaming it on other apts.

Okay - Run Down Country Crest is okay. For what you pay in rent, you would expect something nicer. Let's just say I have lived in nicer and there are nicer apartments in Odessa for about the same rent. Also, don't expect to have too many friends over - there is no place for them
