Several units have drug deals going on all the time and management says not to call police cause they want no trouble. Rent depends on who you are. Heard of people moving in and the ac and stove not working and delays on getting repaired. Water pressure is often very low if many residents take showers at same time. Close to bar and police station. Police are usally called at least once a week. Dont count on getting a deposit back as they always find something wrong so you cant. Small pets are allowed with a $300 deposit. Non-Refundable. AC units usally freaking out causeing high light bills. Not a place for kids at all. Manager lady is friendly but not owner. Lived there and moved out in 2006.

Sorry for the feelings you stated of the apts complex, but it is contradictive in itself. As for owner not freindly, we rent apt. not a popularity contest.he has never been rude to anyone. When yall moved we are drug free now. Thank you
