The overall complex is ok. Now whenever it comes to favorites, you'd better watch out. Whenever we lived there and we transfered to another unit the landlord rushed you to move out, she has the apt already rented. Not really giving you a chance to get things done. They have crackheads that live there, not a safe place for anyone to live there. The landlord and owner both know that crackheads live there and they do nothing about it. You would see some residents having way too many visitors into the wee hours of the morning. I even witnessed drug deal going on there. I told the mgr about it, its like she doesn't care. She even does dope herself, so that ought to tell you somthing right there. She has her picks and her favorites. I wouldn't recommend living here unless they have a new owner later on down the road. Along with a new manager as well. Maintenance doesn't live on the premises but whenever its needed for one, did get one in a timely manner. They don't really care who lives there and they don't check your credit nor check to see if you are a sex offender. Having the police dept right behind the complex is a plus, but does no good whenever there's drugs going on right under their nose. Lamar State College is only a 1/2 a mile from there, and easy to walk to. Get rid of the owner and mgr, and get rid of the crackheads, then the place would be great place to live at.

Anonymous, Thanks for the lies of review, favorites consist of Persons that pay rent on time without late fees and bad checks thinking you can get by with it, that is probably the reason for this review, Glad you found a bubble glass that you and your family can live in without people on drugs around, Drugs are not welcome in or around our apts. Management/owner is not on drugs or any form of users of drugs, Again so much of the written above when you get to be someone then you will really know what consists in Owner/Managing positions,FYI the apts still are in good condtions after yall moved and We had to redo totally everything in both apts, yall lived in. The managers confirm the tenants assertion that there are frequent drug deals in the apartment complex when they say that they hope the former tenant finds a "glass bubble" in which to raise a family. Orange does need an apartment complex where tenants can feel safe raising a family. Families shouldn't feel badly for looking for an apartment where there is not drug dealing. To the manager, a simple statement of facts using complete sentences and correct grammar without sarcasm is more professional and more convincing. Mark and Reba, your response would make me hesitate to consider moving into your complex.
