The apartments are under new management now. They are trying to spruce up the place. There is a new fence around the pool where Ike destroyed the old one. The new management is trying to "clean up" the apartments and run the apartment the way it should be run. I have been living here for almost a year now and should be here until June. They make sure that what you need is taken care of. If it is not done that day what ever you need is taken care of in a timely manner.
