We moved 300 miles from our Northeast La home and if everything was as bad as they've said it was, we would've moved back to Louisiana. Nothing fancy Basic apartment complex with normal residents throughout. I don't hear neighbors much at all. Near homes and a cemetary and church - not a bad part of town. Flexible with rent option (no long term contract required).
