We lived at Caprock for a year and a half. This is the best place to live in Pampa and they allow pets. The staff are friendly and very efficient. They did all repairs and maintenance quickly, many times on the same day. Any maintenance we needed were normal wear and tear repairs, nothing major. If we were ever to move back into the area, we would definitely live here again.
