I paid a deposit on a town home that I was told was bigger than the two bed room apartment that I saw. I put down a holding/security deposit on the apartment and was told the current tenants would be out by the 25th of the month. I than had to call no less than 10 times to get someone to tell me if they had actually moved out and when we could move in finally I was told when I could move in. The day before move in was the first time I was able to see the townhome and it was by far smaller! And in horrible shape I told the manager I could not take it because it would not suit my needs and I was told it was much bigger and requested my deposit back. I was told I would not be getting my deposit back that under no circumstances was it refundable. These people just took my deposit and the people who actually rented the apartment. They stole my money! I did not get any of what I was promised. DON'T RENT HERE!
