UGH - Never mess with this apartment complex its all bull ----, im 18 and when its ur first place you dont know always how things work...well i paid 250 for the deposite and 194 for something else, after i signed the paper they gave me the key so i got all my stuff went to bring it in a clean up! it was ------- horrible there was holes in the walls the air conditioning didnt work the fridge ...Full review of Gwendolyn Plaza Apartments

Great We lived at Caprock for a year and a half. This is the best place to live in Pampa and they allow pets. The staff are friendly and very efficient. They did all repairs and maintenance quickly, many times on the same day. Any maintenance we needed were normal wear and tear repairs,

Horrible Never Rent Here! I paid a deposit on a town home that I was told was bigger than the two bed room apartment that I saw. I put down a holding/security deposit on the apartment and was told the current tenants would be out by the 25th of the month. I than had to call no less than 10 times
