Lived here from Oct. 2003 to April 2004. The apartment itself was in decent condition, maintenance was kept up and extremely prompt if there were ever any problems. The complex itself was kept clean. I did have a serious problem with roaches, so I had to spray the place a few times before I actually moved my furniture in. That may have been due to a dirty neighbor. The main problems I had with this place were the other residents. The walls are thin and noise was a serious problem. People yelling outside at all hours of the night and parties all the time. But overall decent. The complex seems to have pretty good management. They usually take care of things if there is ever a problem.
