I have lived here since july 2007, even though the apartments are nice and quiet, I have been having problems with maintence and/or management entering my apartment without previous notice. I have been also having rodent problems which is very unusal since my house is very clean. I have complained to management, but they seem not to take my concerns into their own matter. I don't know of anyone who would want to pay $600 or more a month to live in a rodent infested apartment. If you want to take the risk, then you should move in. But, be aware if you have a rodent or security problem, it might not get fixed until you take further and consistent action.
