The office staff is really nice and have been helpful in addressing all of our concerns. They provide prompt service and have always been really nice.
Our problems have been with the other residents who don't know how to live like normal people. We've had a huge problem with roaches despite the management fumigating monthly (for free). We are just now noticing that the roaches are disappearing. Other residents don't seem to have the roach problem so we're thinking it might be our dirty neighbors.
The grounds are maintained adequately but could be kept nicer. Again management does their part it is the residents who litter and make the mess of cigarette butts.
Some neighbors have had their vehicles broken into, but I'm thinking it could be that it's summer and kids have nothing better to do late at night but get into trouble.
It's very quiet around here and people mind their own business. We dont get visits by the cops or any other scandalous events.
My experience here has been average.
