Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
maintenance = terrible! there was always loud music and kids everywhere unattended, fender bender accidents in the parking lots all the time, they remodeled the apartment above us and CEMENT leaked through the air vent and dried ALL OVER our bathroom! It took forever for them to take care of it and they took it off our utilities. don't move here!
