All smiles in the office until you sign on the dotted line, then they gottya. No doubt these are nice but luxury give me a break. Our downstairs rude neighbor has his bass on at a level that vibrates our floor and furniture, We've complained 3 times times to no avail. I'm glad we will only be here for another 8 months and 23 days.
