All smiles in the office until you sign on the dotted line, then they gottya.

No doubt these are nice but luxury give me a break.

Our downstairs rude neighbor has his bass on at a level that vibrates our floor and furniture, We've complained 3 times times to no avail.

I'm glad we will only be here for another 8 months and 23 days.

I have had no issues with the staff or maintenance - usually things are taken care of immediately. HOWEVER, I totally agree about the way they deal with noise complaints. I have a noisy upstairs neighbor who has no regard for the people around him. He makes noises (stomping, slamming doors, & god knows what else...)so loud that it shakes the building and I have had things fall off the wall - including my smoke detector falling off the ceiling. I have complained by phone, email, and written a letter. I am starting to believe that no one has the guts to speak to him. My next complaint will go to the management company and if they don't correct it, I will take my paper trail to a lawyer to get out of the lease... Just thought I would share this - you may want to try it...

It seems these day you cant make any noise or yet alone walk in your apartment without someone crying. Move into a house and that way you want have to cry about someone walking, playing music or anything else why that person is paying to live there. So that makes this complex bad......

Since noise is one of the most common complaints in apartments, you would think that developers would spend a little in insulation to eliminate that time costing complaint. A place that spends that much on cosmetics, landscape etc, but relents on the building itself is not cost effected.
