1. Cockroach infestation is a norm at the Burke Regency. My first clue, should have been upon moving in, there were roaches... and we live with them on a daily basis. Extermination has been unsuccessful because they do not exterminate all the units.
2. Domestic violence and abuse is a regular occurance. No need to view Jerry Springer, it is live at the Burke Regency and it is free. And the best part is, there are no bleeps, you get hear all the profanity.
3. A positive, there is no discrimination. However, there seems to be a preference to lease to tenants with a minimum of 3 tattoos, a questionable appearance, or any sort of addiction (drug/or alcohol), and smoking is almost mandatory. Pool attire - cut-off denim shorts only.
4. Landscaping consists of mud, cigarrette butts and miscellaneous garbage thrown by residents.
5. Office staff needs replaced!
