Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
My husband and i moved here in october of 2004 and i have never had a problem with them....i dont have roaches in my apartment..
Our lease expires in november and we plan on renewing it....
Now you want to talk about nasty....go live at cherrybrook apartments....i guaredntee that you will have no a/c for an amount of time...when you put in a work order they go and fix it 2 weeks later...none of there A/C's work properly.....you can rent a house for the same price you would pay for rent,water & lights there......I wouldn't reccomend Cherrybrook apartments to anyone......
Burke Regency is nothing like cherrybrook....i would reccomend Burke regency to anyone.....in fact my rent is the same here as it was in cherrybrook ..and im paying less then i was when we lived in cherrybrook
