new name, same place. The Manager, Nubia is incompetent: she sits in the office all day and doesn't do anything. She comes in at 10 am and the sign reads opens at 9 am. She takes 2 hour lunches and she is not there on Saturdays (even if the sign says the office is open that day). She is a one woman office: she has no leasing agents and assistant manager. Maintenance request don't get done even after 3 months of continuous requests. She changes the term of your contracts anytime she wishes by putting a notice on everyone's front door and she threatens to evict you if you don't follow it. She charges you for Cable TV and it's not included in the contract. The complex was 90% occupied and now, it's 50% empty because of her.
