Me and my family moved in about 6 months ago and I HATE IT!!! Whether its management, parking, or neighbors everything is HORRIBLE!! I kid you not. Just last month one of the apartment leasers [[ROBIN]] GOT INTO A FIGHT!!! WITH A TENANT!!!!!! And didnt even lose her job!! Go figure! Ive had problems with people stealing my plants from my balcony and they just tell me to keep a better eye on my things! I mean WTF!! They supposedly hired an "officer" yet the guy is never to be found!! Theres little kids smoking and breaking into cars and the manager is well aware of this and does nothing about it!! Not to mention the office plays favorites with the tenants either because she knows you, your family, or your her latest dealer to pick up a fat dime!! The maintenance isnt all that bad but can only work on your apartment when the manager feels like letting them! And the roaches are just another problem to add on the list! I signed up for pest control every first friday of the month and my apartment has only been sprayed TWICE!! I called and complained and they just told me they'll get to me when they could!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!! ESPECIALLY A PERSON WHO HAS A FAMILY THE LOVE DEARLY CAUSE YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
