i like living here very much. it is safe. very quiet neighbors. clean environment. i love that we have our own washer and dryer in our apartment that comes with the place. Also maitenance is very very good here. i call at 9am and by 10 am they are knocking on my door to fix the issue. no later than 5pm the same day. but the reason i called maitenance was to change my high ceiling lightbulbs. everything is new and works properly. The place is not ventilated that great. $160 and up for 1bedroom apartment light bill. Water is $20.00 and I bedroom size c rent is $860.00. But i have to say it beats all the other ghetto apartments. i love this place. i defenetly recommend this one.!!!
